This represents our other cat, who is NOT sweet. She had an unhappy childhood and it colored her life sour. She is suspicious, cranky, and lashes out easily. But we try to please her.
I made her purple to show how she wears a blend of her background experiences.
Soluble pen and w/c on 90#.

Nita, I had a cat like this too! poor thing, she never got any better with age despite all our love. She was a grey Burmese so your painting reminded me of her (well purple is close!) I like your halloween painting too!
I just love this poor little kitty. I know his type since I worked in an animal shelter years ago. Not a lot of good memories from there except that I still have a cat that I adopted there. Sooner or later I'll include a picture of him(PJ) in my blog.
