painting in the Moleskine
I found some loose pages from a Moleskine sketchbook, and randomly started using up w/c with a flat brush, drawing a character from a Netflix video.
I liked how the resistant paper worked this time. Usually it irritates me.

green leather
Just to keep the drawing going, a pencil attempt in the Moleskine sketchbook. (Watercolor pencils for darkest areas, then swished wider.)
Not good highlights or accurate color, but any practice is better than none, I say.

rockin' again
Straight lines and accurate perspective on even something as simple as this is such a challenge, somehow. Slick, bowing paper in the notebook brings out every tremble.

Doodling in Moleskine again
Mixed media: dip pen in India ink, w/c pencil and watercolors.
Just to play with overlapping and ink on the smoothness of a Moleskine sketchbook.
I like how the w/c beads up on the bead shapes.
