We visited the Museum of Civilization in Quebec City and there was an exhibit of hats through the ages. What fascinated me were the wire faces on the face shapes below the hats!
The only credit I could find for the artist was Concetti Design and Charles St-Gelais. So I think he is the director or designer of these, though probably made by others.
Some were made of only one wire, others had separate soldered wire pieces. These are only about 10% of all the wire faces in the exhibit.
