Last Saturday we went to the Topsfield Fair, celebrating its 192nd year this season as the oldest agricultural fair in the country.

I didn't draw as much as I would have liked, but managed several quick sketches of animals in the hours that we roamed the barns, exhibits and endless food options. The chocolate-covered pineapple on a stick was super!

This was Star, a calm, pretty cow.
