Morning sketch
Knitting isn't so interesting to draw, so here's a broader view of what's needed. A bag to keep the project clean, a lamp to see the stitches clearly, water and tea to hydrate the knitter.
Hi Nita, forgive me too, also awol with visiting of late, very glad not to have missed this one, I Love the composition and colors here, just wonderful the brights with the more muted tones and I really like the way the objects are cropped, it makes my eye travel out to the edges while the whole objects draw it back, the colors have my eye dancing around too, makes it feel very lively!

AH, this still life perfectly shows a part of your personality and other art interests besides drawing! Great idea to honor your knitting passion!
